Responsibilities:

Work closely with doctors to coordinate patient care and support their day-to-day needs Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members, ensuring all patient and staff inquiries are addressed efficiently Assist in reading and understanding patient reports, ensuring accurate information is communicated Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed Address patient requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience Handle appointment scheduling for patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and confirmed Help manage and organize appointment schedules, making sure everything runs smoothly for both patients and healthcare providers

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Medical Front Office experience Valid Driver's License Medical Terminology knowledge Referral/Prior Authorization experience Must have excellent communication skills
