Job Description

Experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator Are you an experienced office professional who is ready to take the next step beyond a traditional receptionist role?

We are looking for a confident, personable, organized, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing dental team. This is a career-minded position for someone who wants to learn, take on responsibility, and become an integral part of our practice. Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong office experience and the desire to learn.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has previous office, administrative, medical, or dental experience
  • Is professional and comfortable interacting with patients in a naturally pleasant and positive way
  • Can communicate confidently and effectively. Who can handle conflict or an upset patient calmly, professionally, and respectfully
  • Is comfortable having conversations about treatment and finances
  • Is organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Is dependable, accountable, and a team player
  • Is high-energy and positive while still remaining professional when things get hectic
  • Is willing and excited to learn new skills
  • Is willing to travel for training and professional development when needed This Is NOT Your Typical Front Desk Position.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow. You will be given the opportunity to learn insurance, treatment coordination, case presentation, scheduling strategy, and other aspects of running a successful dental practice. We want someone who sees a busy day as an opportunity to solve problems—not someone who becomes overwhelmed by them. Our ideal candidate is someone who can walk into a room, make patients feel comfortable, communicate with confidence, work through challenges, and keep the energy of the team positive.

If you're looking for a position where you can learn, grow, take on responsibility, and become an important part of a team.
