To be considered for this role, you must : Be authorized to work in the United States Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position About the Role This integral role is at the heart of operational efficiency, ensuring that patients receive timely and coordinated care. You will be instrumental in facilitating critical procedures, acting as a central point of contact and coordination. Your contributions will directly enable the smooth flow of patient care, supporting clinical teams and providing essential administrative support that underpins the institution's commitment to patient health. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule complex patient procedures, ensuring all necessary preparations are in place. Manage patient appointments, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in scheduling systems. Serve as a primary point of contact, promptly answering telephone inquiries and gathering essential screening information. Effectively take, relay, and manage messages, ensuring clear and timely communication across teams. Provide routine information to patients and staff, demonstrating exceptional customer service. Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications Demonstrated strong background in surgical scheduling or coordination. High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for experience within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills. Familiarity with hospital administration processes and healthcare regulations. Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and patients. Medical Clearance (OHS Requirements): Must provide proof of TB testing, MMR, Varicella (Chicken Pox), and seasonal Flu vaccination (when in season). Nice-to-Have Qualifications Associate's Degree in a Related Field of Study. 1-2 years of experience supporting senior-level staff. #LI-Onsite
