Job Description

David Ross Orthodontics is currently looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. 1 year or more of scheduling
EXPERIENCE
is a plus but not necessary. All we ask is that you bring a

attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a love for people and patients! We are a private practice seeking motivated, enthusiastic, bubbly people to join our already amazing team!
Summary of Position:
The Scheduling Coordinator (SC) is responsible for the patient's scheduling. The SC is also responsible for handling the telephones and the paper flow from the front desk/
Administrative Essential Job Function:
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and deliver excellent customer service to patients
  • Be receptive to training and coaching on best practices
  • Maintain an organized working space
  • Coordinate with other team members and doctors as needed for treatment issues or questions
  • Other duties as required as they relate to the position
  • Participating in our team's community outreach and marketing activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Compassion and high level of service for our patients, parents, and staff
  • Integrity, always doing the right thing
  • Dependable, reliable to be at work when scheduled
  • Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
  • Professional manner and appearance at all times
  • Comfortable with computers and learning practice software
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Self-motivated team-player
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Dental or orthodontic knowledge a plus High-School Diploma Required 1-3
