Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator We're looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people our new patients meet. You'll help them feel comfortable and confident as they begin their orthodontic journey — learning about their goals, educating them about treatment options, answering questions, and helping them understand their financial arrangements. You'll work closely with our doctors and team to coordinate care and ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and excited about their treatment. A background in sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or other people-focused roles can provide a strong foundation for success in this position. Previous orthodontic experience is a plus but not required. We're happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn.
