Job Description
We are enthusiastic to be hiring an appointment coordinator dedicated to the continued growth of our office. We are looking for someone who is as excited about our growth as we are.
Hours:
Tuesday 7:45-12:30 and 1:30-5:15 Wednesday 7:45-12:30 and 1:30-5:15 Thursday 9:45-12:30 and 1:30-6:15 Friday 7:45-2:15
Job Requirements:
A voice with an intonation that allows the patient to see and feel your smile and enthusiasm through the phone The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills Grammatically correct texting and letter writing skills A candidate that can read and follow instructions thoroughly Detail oriented Dress code: Professional dress Must be socially engaging Must have the ability to compliment and make others feel confident, appreciated, and welcome Ability to organize their work with checklists and excel spreadsheets Ability to run and work off of reports Check patients in Schedule patients as they check out Answer the phones to assist patients with scheduling/rescheduling Schedule new patients Scan documents into office software Take patient payments
