Treatment/Hygiene Coordinator :

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and patient-focused treatment-hygiene coordinator to be a key part of our growing practice. As a patient coordinator, you will be the first person of contact for patients visiting/calling. You'll help patients understand their care, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth operations of our dental practice, especially within the hygiene department. This role is primarily front office, but would entail hygiene assisting when necessary.

• new patient intake
• scheduling and following up on appts
• verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements
• utilize Dentrix for patient records
• deliver outstanding customer service
• collect and update patient info accurately, including personal details and medical history. Experience Preferred or Helpful Experience
• any dental experience
• insurance verification/billing
• experience with Dentrix
• customer service Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
