Role Overview:
This hybrid position combines administrative support duties with in-person care delivery. You will spend part of your time with the Care Coordination team working on office-related tasks, and the remainder providing direct support to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing. Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation. Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment. Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a mix of administrative tasks and direct client interaction and seek a meaningful role that makes a real difference. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately. Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented personality. Previous experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
