• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a background check

• Flexible, organized, self-directed, able to multi-task
• Enjoys working with people and collaborating cross-functionally
• Comfortable with technology, cash collection / reconciliation, and scheduling Responsibilities
• Promote and exemplify holistic health and wellness principles
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Provide incredible customer service and engage with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure consistent and timely open and / or close of business operations
• Manage client care coordination with the approved policies and procedures of Awaken for Wellness, balancing incoming communication, scheduling, and walk-in appointments
• Be accessible and responsive to client's needs and requests for information
• Support with facilities management
• Develop and maintain product and service expertise by staying current with our offerings
• Participate in relationship building or marketing activities sponsored by Awaken
• Attend staff meetings
• Other clerical duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Base pay: $18-19 Hr
• Commission on all product sales
