Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive initial behavioral assessments Developing individualized recommendations and treatment plans Ensuring program quality and effectiveness Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Supervising and supporting clinical staff as needed Monitoring client progress and recommending program adjustments Preparing reports and documentation to support clinical outcomes What We're Looking For Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential Extensive experience conducting behavioral assessments Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Experience developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between assignments Make an Impact Every Day If you're looking for a career where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly changes lives, BridgeCare ABA is the place for you.
