Pay:
$90,000.00•$175,000.00 per yearAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and versatile Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD) to join a practice that redefines behavioral health care for residents in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Residential Care settings, including specialized Memory Care units. This isn't a "one size fits all" position. You will have the clinical autonomy and flexibility to design and conduct in-facility psychotherapy rounds. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health therapeutic services to a diverse adult and geriatric population, implementing specialized, non-pharmacological care plans that significantly improve their quality of life.

Provide expert diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy for residents experiencing dementia, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and chronic mental illness.

Act as a key behavioral consultant for facility staff. Offer actionable therapeutic insights to assist the medical team with Gradual Dose Reduction (GDR) strategies.
Behavioral Interventions:
Design and implement specialized non-pharmacological interventions to manage complex behavioral expressions associated with cognitive decline.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active, unrestricted license in Missouri as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD / PhD).
Payer Ready:
Eligible for immediate enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and commercial commercial insurance panels.
Experience:
