As a family-owned, 30-bed assisted living and memory care community, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional, personalized care in a warm, homelike environment where residents are treated like family. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain schedules for resident care staff to ensure quality care and appropriate staffing. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring caregivers. Ensure all resident assessments, care plans, and state-required documentation are completed accurately and on time. Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with Missouri state regulations and community policies. Audit Medication Administration Records (MARs) and communicate medication changes with physicians and pharmacies. Maintain resident records and ensure documentation meets all regulatory requirements. Assist with admissions, move-ins, resident assessments, and family communication. Participate in manager-on-duty coverage as needed. Lead and participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and community events. Foster a positive, supportive culture that promotes teamwork and outstanding resident care. Qualifications Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Missouri assisted living regulations is preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing resident-centered care.
