Job Summary Inspiring Faith Home Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Supervisor / Care Coordinator to oversee in-home care services and support caregiving staff. This role is responsible for coordinating care services, supervising caregivers, ensuring service quality, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and state requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and experienced in home care or long-term care environments, with a strong ability to support both clients and caregivers while maintaining high service standards. Duties Coordinate and schedule home care services based on individualized care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to ensure quality care delivery Conduct caregiver check-ins, coaching, and performance support Serve as a point of contact between clients, families, caregivers, and leadership Monitor service quality and address care concerns or coverage issues Assist with updating care plans based on client needs and reported changes Maintain accurate documentation related to client care, caregiver supervision, and service delivery Ensure compliance with agency policies, safety procedures, and state regulations Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new caregivers Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition to leadership promptly Experience Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred Supervisory, lead caregiver, or care coordination experience strongly preferred Knowledge of care plans, ADLs, and basic dementia or memory care practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and multiple priorities Familiarity with home care policies, safety standards, and documentation practices Experience communicating with clients, families, and caregiving staff Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred) CNA license preferred; experienced PCA considered Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage field-based responsibilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a Mississippi background check Professional, dependable, and client-focused This position offers a leadership opportunity within a growing home care agency, allowing supervisors to make a meaningful impact on both client care and caregiver success.
