Always Best Care Senior Services is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care for seniors. We believe our caregivers are our most valuable asset, and we're looking for compassionate a Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Weekend Scheduling Coordinator, you will oversee client schedules, manage staffing needs, and act as a key point of contact for Care Professionals and families. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving in high-pressure situations
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of calls. Schedule and coordinate in-home care assignments for Care Professionals. Communicate consistently and clearly with Care Professionals, clients, and their families regarding assignments and care details. Monitor daily schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure of Care Professionals. Support orientation by matching new Care Professionals with clients requiring ongoing care. Address concerns related to care or employment from both clients and Care Professionals. Actively manage on-call situations during weekends, resolving urgent staffing or care issues.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years or older. Valid Driver's License, active car insurance, and vehicle registration required. Previous (Home Care)
Scheduling Experience Preferred Benefits:
