Job Description

We are looking for a team player, with a positive attitude, good people skills, and great communication. You must have a dedicated work ethic, be punctual, able to multitask, and have dental experience. We are looking for someone that takes initiative and is open and adaptable to change.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator team member who will: Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans. Schedules and confirms patient appointments. Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments. Enters information on dental software in patient accounts. Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information. Collects all monies due for services rendered. Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary. Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth. Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment. Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting

Full-time Pay:
$39,000.00 - $45,500.00 per year
