The Team Lead drives service delivery, provides direct clinical interventions and individual therapy to every consumer on the team caseload, supervises CST staff, and ensures services remain person-centered, clinically appropriate, coordinated, and compliant. Essential Responsibilities Direct and coordinate the delivery of CST services as one organized clinical team. Provide direct clinical interventions and individual therapy to each consumer served by the team. Assess and reassess clinical and functional needs and complete required functional needs assessments. Provide clinical expertise, guidance, and supervision to all CST members; maintain an individual supervision plan for each team member. Facilitate the required weekly facetoface team meeting and ensure the team reviews the status and needs of all consumers. Determine caseload assignments based on acuity and consumer needs while maintaining required staffing ratios. Lead development, implementation, monitoring, and revision of personcentered plans and recovery focused interventions. Coordinate behavioral health, substance use, medical, housing, crisis, and communitysupport services. Monitor service quality, staff performance, documentation, outcomes, and fidelity to the CST model. Participate in crisis intervention and the team's 24/7/365 firstresponder coverage system. Ensure timely, complete documentation and compliance with NC Medicaid, Trillium, CARF, and agency requirements. Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted full clinical license in North Carolina as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or
LPA. LCAS
alone does not qualify for this Team Lead position; dual licensure is welcomed. At least one year of experience with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to serve adults with mental health, substance use, or cooccurring disorders. Demonstrated clinical assessment, therapy, crisisresponse, supervision, and personcentered planning skills. Knowledge of communitybased behavioral healthcare, Medicaid documentation, and coordination across multiple systems. Preferred Qualifications Dual licensure or credentialing in mental health and substance use treatment. Prior CST, ACT, intensive case management, housingsupport, or other communitybased behavioral health experience. Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and working within the Trillium catchment area. Schedule and Availability This is a dedicated CST position, meaning the employee will be assigned exclusively to this one team. It does not guarantee 40 hours of work. The position averages 30 hours or less per week, and actual hours vary based on consumer needs, caseload development, weekly face-to-face team meetings, and assigned crisis-response coverage. General Employment Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned service area. Ability to complete required background, health, credentialing, and payer enrollment checks. Ability to maintain timely, accurate, and Medicaidcompliant documentation in the electronic health record. Ability to work collaboratively with adults who have complex mental health, substance use, housing, medical, safety, vocational, and legal needs. Completion of all CST model, crisisresponse, evidencebased practice, and agencyrequired training within established timeframes. The team provides treatment, rehabilitation, intensive case management, service coordination, skill building, crisis intervention, and support for successful community living.
