  • We are looking for a part-time Wellness Coordinator who is passionate about community health to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic in Greenville, NC.
As a Wellness Coordinator, you will assist patients with account registration, information requests, and payment for services. We are seeking a team member who strives for excellence and thrives in a busy environment. This is a goal-oriented position with bonus opportunities based on the achievement of sales targets.
Schedule Requirements:
15-18 hours per week Must be available to work Saturday (as needed)
Example Schedule:
Tuesday 9:30a-7p Wednesday 2:45p-7p Saturday 9:30a-4p (as needed)
Compensation:
Ranges from $14
  • 15/hour based on experience Sales bonuses averaging an additional $1
  • 3 per hour

You keep your schedule maintained so you are able to make meetings and meet daily goals. You haven't missed work in the past because you are dedicated to your great team. As a Wellness Coordinator, your typical day may include: Greeting patients upon arrival & checking patients in to see the Chiropractor Educating patients on the best membership options for their needs Answering phone calls and completing sales calls Resolving any patient issues or concerns Looking for ways to achieve sales and clinic goals and addressing those with other coordinators and doctors Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace Managing files and ensuring thorough documentation in patient accounts Participating in local marketing promotions and social media engagement Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members. Participating in team calls to stay updated on current goals and strategies Attending virtual corporate trainings to stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
