Job Description
Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Join Our Growing Orthodontic Team! We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our patients and families. The Treatment Coordinator is an essential part of our practice. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, comfortable discussing treatment and financial options, and passionate about helping patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. What You'll Do Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism Conduct new patient consultations and explain orthodontic treatment options Review treatment plans, fees, insurance benefits, and financing options Help patients understand the value and benefits of recommended treatment Coordinate treatment starts and follow up with prospective patients Build strong relationships with patients and parents Communicate closely with orthodontists and clinical team members Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with scheduling and treatment coordination Follow up with patients who have not yet started treatment Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented office environment What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, outgoing, and confident personality Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and families Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous clinical orthodontic experience or treatment-coordination experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive training Opportunity for professional growth Positive and supportive team environment Medical benefits 401(k) / Retirement plan Paid time off The Ideal Candidate You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, is comfortable having meaningful conversations about treatment, and takes pride in providing outstanding patient service.
