Job Description

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Louisburg office! As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be an important part of the patient experience, helping patients understand their recommended treatment, navigate their insurance benefits, and feel confident about their dental care. You'll work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to provide excellent patient service while helping the office operate efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for patients. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while helping maintain productive provider schedules. Present and review treatment plans with patients and answer questions about recommended care. Assist patients with understanding insurance benefits and treatment costs. Verify and update patient personal and insurance information in Denticon. Check patients in and out while providing a professional and positive experience. Process patient payments accurately and follow established financial policies. Maintain accurate electronic patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Communicate and collaborate with the dental team to support excellent patient care. Assist with additional office responsibilities as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
1+ years of experience in a dental front office, treatment coordinator, patient coordinator, or similar dental administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence discussing treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial options with patients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A professional, polished, and friendly demeanor. A positive attitude and genuine commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with doctors and the administrative team. Computer proficiency and the ability to learn dental software. High school diploma or GED.
