We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to support our busy GI clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while assisting our team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Management:

Room patients efficiently, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Vital Signs & History:

Accurately obtain and record vital signs and detailed patient history to assist providers in diagnosis and treatment.

Referrals & Procedures:

Help coordinate patient referrals and actively assist during medical procedures as needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Flexibility:

Float between our Wake Forest locations and assist wherever needed for optimal patient care.

PM Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant is required. CMA/RMA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with Athena EMR is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care.

Pay:

$20.00

•$23.00 per hour
