What You'll Do:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the friendly guide who helps patients move from "I'm not sure" to "Let's do this!" You'll partner closely with our clinical and front office teams to create a smooth, positive experience from treatment presentation to scheduling. You'll help with: Presenting treatment plans in a clear, caring, and confident way Reviewing insurance benefits and financial options with patients Scheduling treatment and helping patients stay on track with their care Answering questions and easing concerns with warmth and professionalism Supporting a seamless patient experience from start to finish Partnering with the dental team to help patients say yes to their healthiest smile Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Verifying insurance for all clinical appointments Collecting all monies due for services rendered Developing and maintaining doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary Greeting and checking patients in and out, before and after treatment Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a true passion for helping people. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required A required minimum of two years of front office experience in a dental setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Required knowledge of Open Dental or other Dental software systems Dental Insurance knowledge strongly preferred
