We provide chiropractic care, acupuncture, SoftWave therapy, and spinal decompression. This position will primarily support and help grow our spinal decompression program. Every day, you will work with people who may have been told their only options are pain medication, injections, or surgery. Our mission is to provide hope, answers, and non-surgical options that help patients return to the activities they love. If you are passionate about helping people, enjoy building meaningful relationships, and have the confidence to guide patients through important healthcare decisions, we would love to meet you. About the Role This position combines patient support, practice operations, and a long-term focus on treatment-plan enrollment and sales. Initially, you will spend significant time working directly with patients and learning the practice's treatments, systems, and patient experience. As you develop a strong understanding of the practice, you will take on greater responsibility for consultations, treatment-plan presentations, patient follow-up, and enrollment. Previous sales training or experience is strongly preferred. Our goal is to hire someone who can ultimately take ownership of the consultation and enrollment process, help qualified patients confidently move forward with recommended care, and contribute directly to the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver an attentive, compassionate, and professional experience throughout each patient's care. Assist with treatments, maintain accurate records, and keep treatment areas organized. Help manage scheduling and maintain an efficient patient flow. Build trust with patients and confidently lead consultations and treatment-plan presentations. Clearly explain recommended care, costs, financing, and payment options while addressing questions and concerns. Follow up with prospective patients and manage leads, follow-ups, and enrollment activity within the practice CRM. Help improve the practice's patient-care, consultation, and enrollment processes. Requirements Previous sales training or experience is strongly preferred. Consultative, advisory, B2C, or high-ticket sales experience is especially valuable. Full-time in-person availability Monday through Friday. Strong phone, communication, and computer skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Confidence discussing treatment costs and significant purchasing decisions. Mature, dependable, organized, coachable, and motivated to grow. Comfortable beginning in a hands-on patient-care role. Ability to follow detailed treatment and safety protocols. Genuine desire to help people and create an outstanding patient experience. High school diploma or GED required. Healthcare, chiropractic, fitness, or wellness experience is helpful but not required. Complete training on the DRX9000, treatment protocols, consultations, and practice systems will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits Starting pay:
$25-$30 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses. Top performers routinely earn $35+ per hour, including bonuses. Opportunities for uncapped commission and profit sharing as consultation and enrollment responsibilities increase. Thorough training and ongoing professional development. A clear path toward a sales-focused Patient Treatment Consultant position. Opportunities for increased responsibility and leadership. The chance to play an important role in growing our spinal decompression program. Our Ideal Candidate The right person is compassionate enough to care for patients, disciplined enough to follow clinical protocols, and sales-minded enough to confidently guide people through important treatment decisions. You must be willing to begin with the daily responsibilities of a decompression technician while learning the treatment process from the inside. Over time, we want you to become a highly capable Patient Treatment Consultant who understands the care, believes in its value, and can help qualified patients move forward.
