Responsibilities:

Verify insurance details and assist patients with understanding their coverage and payment options. Collaborate with team members to streamline intake processes and enhance patient satisfaction. Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and team members.
