• Must possess a bachelor's degree from a school of social work accredited by the council on social work education.
• Must be certified or licensed per regulation of the state where they practice.
• Must have at least one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
• If employment with a hospice branch of the company began prior to Dec. 2, 2008, may not require supervision by a licensed master of social work.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device. Education and experience, preferred
