2 Days Remote - 3 Days in Office Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. (RSS), a not-for-profit mental health agency, is seeking to fill a Licensed Clinician position to work in our 8-bed Transition Age Youth (TAY) Community Residence for individuals ages 16 years to 20 years 11 months in Oneonta, NY. Working with youth in a residential setting is a fun, high energy, fast paced dynamic that provides many rewarding experiences and the opportunity to foster positive growth and change in the lives of others. Responsibilities include though are not limited to: Overall clinical care coordination for each youth and their families, facilitating treatment team meetings, collaboration with community service providers, screening, intake and planning admissions to the program, writing individual service plans and documenting in progress notes, discharge planning and follow up, and conducting groups. This position will also require some community work at family homes and partnership with the credentialed family peer advocate. This position requires the candidate be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP). Qualified candidates will have a LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC. Position includes day and evening hours (as youth are in school most of the day) and on call responsibilities. Position requires valid NYS driver's license, background check including Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Families Statewide Central Register Database clearance.
Hours:
Monday-Friday - varied including at least one day of 8-4, and 10-6pm with the understanding that the schedule would be flexible (at times) to the needs of the program. 2 Days Remote - 3 Days in Office Competitive Salary and benefits package including: The agency offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, 403b and a flexible spending account. EOE Pay:
$80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
