Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated pet care team as a Care Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate pet services, manage client relationships, and support our vet, grooming, boarding and daycare providers by delivering exceptional visit planning and coordination. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a positive experience for patients and staff alike, contributing to our mission of promoting health and well-being for pets in our community. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through appointment scheduling, care plans and follow ups Manage electronic records system accurately, ensuring all patient information is current and compliant with facility policies Assist with administrative tasks across departments Coordinate communication between clients and departments, facilitating seamless visits Support compliance with company regulations by maintaining documentation standards and confidentiality protocols Provide support by preparing exam rooms, managing supplies, and assisting with client intake procedures Educate clients about treatment plans, medication instructions, and available resources to promote adherence, understanding and wellness Experience Prior experience working in a veterinary or medical office environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of pet wellness and administrative support practices Proficiency with technology, experience with veterinary software highly preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and coordination workflows Knowledge of pet care terminology relevant to veterinary practices is advantageous Join us as a Care Coordinator to make a meaningful difference in client experiences while advancing your career in coordination and administration. Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
