We are currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will support both clinical and administrative operations, working alongside our front desk manager and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out. This is a part-time position offering approximately 24 hours per week. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Care Coordinator to join our pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and administrative experience, with a passion for delivering comprehensive care to children and their families. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will room patients, administer vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, assist providers with exams, and coordinate patient care across clinical and administrative functions to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain medical histories, including measuring and recording vital signs
• Administer vaccines and perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, COVID, hemoglobin, etc.)
• Assist providers with patient exams and procedures
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection
• Maintain cleanliness and stock exam rooms with necessary supplies
• Conduct patient check-in and check-out, including insurance verification
• Schedule appointments and manage patient charts
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient messages
• Manage electronic medical records using PCC EMR
• Serve as a liaison between providers, patients, and clinical staff Qualifications Required
• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent training/experience
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and compassionate demeanor Preferred
• Previous experience in a pediatric medical setting
• Front desk or patient coordination experience
• Familiarity with PCC EMR or similar systems
• Phlebotomy and vaccine administration experience Schedule and Benefits
• Part-time position averaging 24 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling within clinic operating hours
• $22.00 per hour
• PTO and float days accrued at 0.04 hours per hour worked, approximately 1 hour per week
• Medical benefits not offered for this part-time position
