Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator with a proven track record to improve efficiency and smooth operation of the office through effective Treatment Planning and Scheduling Systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where both operational efficiency and patient experience are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans and answer patient questions regarding treatment Minimize cancellations and no-shows through confirmation protocols and patient education Maintain a full, balanced schedule for hygiene and treatment appointments Follow up on unscheduled treatment and overdue re-care Coordinate referrals with external specialists and ensure proper follow-through File and organize patient records, treatment plans, and referral documentation accurately Maintain exceptional document management systems for easy retrieval and audit-readiness Greet and assist patients warmly, creating a positive and professional front-office experience Collect co-pays and deductibles accurately Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations Monitor and analyze schedule efficiency metrics and implement process improvements
Submit Insurance Claims Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental office treatment planning or front office role Proven ability to increase production through strategic scheduling Strong organizational and multitasking skills with impeccable attention to detail Proficiency with dental software (Open Dental and Vyne experience preferred, but not required) Experience coordinating referrals and managing patient documentation Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude Self-motivated and solutions-oriented Why Join Us?
