You will act as the main point of contact between clients, families, and caregivers, helping to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client care schedules and caregiver assignments
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and care staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Handle schedule changes, updates, and urgent adjustments as needed
• Support clients and families by addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of in-home care services
