About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is vital in helping patients understand their treatment options, facilitating care, and supporting our providers to deliver exceptional dental experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
  • Collect patient portions at the time of service
  • Manage the doctor's schedule efficiently
  • Follow up with patients to ensure unscheduled treatment is completed
  • Verify insurance coverage and clarify benefits for patients
  • Support billing and coordination with insurance providers
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in dental or medical office administration preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a patient-focused approach
  • Familiarity with dental software systems is a plus
Performance Measurables:
    Doctor Production:
    Support and contribute to meeting monthly/quarterly production targets
    • Dollars Case Acceptance %: Monitor percentage of proposed treatment plans accepted
    Time-of-Service Collections:
    Measure patient portion collection at time of service
      Unscheduled Treatment Follow-Up Conversion:
      Track conversion of unscheduled treatment into scheduled appointments
      • Improve case acceptance and treatment follow-through
      • Ensure timely time-of-service collections
      • Assist in optimizing patient scheduling and follow-up processes
      Pay:
      $21-$25/hour Depends On Experience, plus potential performance-based incentives
      MUST HAVE 2 YEARS DENTAL EXPERIENCE TO APPLY
