What You'll Do Veteran care coordination (your signature program): manage VA patients start to finish — set up authorizations, track visits and expiration dates, prepare renewal paperwork, and send weekly charts to VA facilities. Full training provided.
Patient tracking:
maintain our patient management spreadsheets, auditing weekly for accuracy as patients move through their treatment plans Front desk (afternoons): check-in and checkout, scheduling follow-up visits, collecting payments, answering phones, closing the clinic Weekly staff email: write and send our Monday team update — operational changes, events, birthdays, wins, and highlights that keep our whole team connected Patient retention: care check-in texts after appointments, Google review tracking and monthly raffle, re-engagement outreach to patients who have fallen off schedule Wellness services: set up and track infrared sauna and red light therapy patients Content support: gather photo and video moments around the clinic for our social media team Grow into more: after your first 90 days, this role expands — presenting treatment plans to new patients (we train you in the medical language), then community partnerships and events as you master the core role Schedule Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM
