Pediatric Care Coordinator — Bilingual (English/Spanish) — Full-Time Feasterville, PA 19053 (in-office) We're hiring a Bilingual Pediatric Care Coordinator to join our team and be the friendly, reliable point of contact for the families and caregivers we serve. In this role, you'll: Communicate daily with families and caregivers by phone and in person Schedule and coordinate home care visits for our pediatric clients Keep visit calendars organized and make sure no family falls through the cracks Work closely with our care team to keep everything running smoothly What we're looking for: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required — this is essential to the role) Warm, organized, and dependable, with strong communication skills Comfortable juggling schedules and following up with people Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or coordination is a plus — but not required No experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude and the language skills, we will teach you everything you need to know.
