Job Description

Job Overview We are a growing and busy Home Health office looking for experienced staff to continue our success. It is a busy office with professionals. Looking to add to our team of people who care about our patients and clinical staff. We are a growing and developing people. Please apply if this sounds like you. Our office is located in Oreland which is near Glenside/Willow Grove. Responsibilities Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication between patients and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information. Assist patients with inquiries regarding their care, insurance coverage, and available services. Collaborate with medical staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient experiences. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies as needed. Skills Proficiency in medical administrative support to effectively manage patient interactions and documentation. Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and understand patient needs. Experience working in an office environment, preferably within a dental or medical office setting. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with patients and staff.
