Crownline Dental | King of Prussia, PA $24

•28/hour, depending on experience Crownline Dental is a modern, growing dental practice in King of Prussia, and we're looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a patient-facing role for someone who is warm, organized, confident, and comfortable helping patients understand their treatment, insurance, and financial options. Responsibilities Review treatment plans with patients in a clear, supportive way Help patients understand insurance estimates and out-of-pocket costs Schedule treatment and follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled Coordinate with the doctor and clinical team to keep treatment moving forward Present financial options and collect payments Answer phones and assist with scheduling as needed Maintain accurate patient notes and follow-up records Help create a welcoming and organized front-office experience What We're Looking For Dental front-office or treatment coordination experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements Friendly and professional with patients Able to multitask in a busy environment Team-oriented and willing to help where needed Why Crownline Dental?
