Job Description

Qualifications Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for helping others in the dental field and has a positive attitude that reflects that Our ideal candidate should be empathetic, understanding, and speak clearly and persuasively Candidate should be reliable and be able to work in a fast paced environment We are looking for someone who knows how to prioritize their day and manage their time based on the office and patient's needs at the time someone who enjoys conversating with others and can educate on oral surgery procedures and dental billing process High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and clients
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients seeking treatment
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding treatment options
  • Provide information and guidance to patients about their treatment plans
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the care they need.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with insurance verification. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
