Responsibilities Conduct developmental screenings and assessments for children using standardized tools Develop and implement individualized developmental intervention plans Provide direct developmental therapy and early intervention services Educate and coach parents/caregivers on strategies to support child development Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and social service teams Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely Coordinate referrals and link families to community and clinical resources Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and care planning Monitor and report on patient progress and outcomes Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards Required Skills Developmental assessment tools (e.g., Bayley, ASQ or similar) Early intervention techniques Individualized treatment planning Clinical documentation and electronic health records Family education and coaching Interdisciplinary care coordination Behavioral management strategies Knowledge of child development and milestones Community resource navigation Basic data collection and outcomes tracking
