Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and assist with apartment measurements and pre-leasing tasks. Coordinate move-ins by collaborating with maintenance and other departments to ensure apartments are ready. Welcome new residents on move-in day, provide community orientation, and deliver move-in gifts and meals. Follow up with new residents to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns during their initial months. Participate in daily meetings to communicate schedules and ensure smooth coordination across teams. Assist with additional tasks or community projects as directed by leadership.Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience in hospitality role and/or customer service. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.To Apply:
