Salary:
$80,000- 90,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities

Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is more than a profession-it's a purpose. What You'll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation Requirements Your Qualifications Active BCBA and Utah LBA Certification- Required to ensure clinical excellence. 2-3 Years experience conducting Initial Assessments
- This role is for a BCBA with a demonstrated history of conducting Initial Assessments Passion for Compassionate Care
