High SchoolResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:
Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to healthcare members to complete Health Needs Assessments, support care management activities, and ensure continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete 50-70 outbound calls daily to members to conduct Health Needs Assessments. Receive incoming calls from members to address inquiries and process assessments. Accurately document member interactions and survey details in tracking systems. Collaborate with care management teams to support member satisfaction and health outcomes.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred). 2-3 years of managed care, Medicare/Medicaid, or healthcare insurance experience. Proven experience in a high-volume phone customer service or call center environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and multi-screen computer navigation.
Note:
Prior experience strictly in a doctor's front office without insurance/managed care experience does not qualify.
