Duties Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including memory care and dementia-specific strategies. Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the care facility, ensuring adherence to long-term care regulations, health policies, and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams including nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment. Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety, compliance, and accuracy in accordance with healthcare regulations. Manage facility budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of resident care. Ensure compliance with resident's rights laws, health regulation policies, and disability services requirements by conducting regular audits and staff training sessions. Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community agencies to coordinate comprehensive care services that promote residents' well-being. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication purposes to streamline operations. Monitor resident progress and adjust care strategies as needed to improve quality of life outcomes for individuals with memory loss or developmental disabilities. Skills Extensive experience in facility management with a strong understanding of long-term care regulations. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams within healthcare or residential care settings. Deep knowledge of traima informed care. Proficiency in developing detailed care plans that address complex needs Strong operational management skills including budgeting, financial management, and healthcare financial acumen Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents' families, staff members, healthcare providers, and community partners. Competency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting. Ability to navigate health regulation policies effectively while ensuring compliance across all aspects of facility operations.
