What You'll Do As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will serve as the firm's clinical resource for clients receiving medical treatment during the Pre-Litigation process. Serve as the primary clinical liaison between clients, medical providers, and the legal team regarding treatment coordination and ongoing medical care. Assist clients with identifying appropriate healthcare providers and coordinating medical appointments, specialist referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up treatment based on provider recommendations. Help clients navigate the healthcare system by identifying and addressing obstacles affecting continuity of care. Monitor treatment plans, appointment attendance, treatment progression, physician recommendations, discharge status, and gaps in care. Identify situations where treatment appears to have stalled, physician recommendations have not been followed, or additional medically appropriate evaluation may be warranted, and promptly escalate concerns to the assigned Case Manager and attorney for review. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, medical offices, imaging facilities, therapy providers, and referral partners. Accurately document treatment activity, provider communications, client updates, and significant medical milestones within Filevine, Case Status, and other firm systems.Compensation Base Salary:

Requirements:
What You Bring Strong clinical knowledge•RN, LPN, NP, PA
preferred Minimum of 2 years of clinical healthcare, care coordination, patient advocacy , or treatment coordination Experience in personal injury, healthcare, insurance, case management, workers' compensation, or medical care coordination strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to help patients navigate healthcare systems, coordinate care, and remove barriers that impact treatment continuity and patient outcomes. Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment progression, diagnostic procedures, healthcare delivery systems, and continuity of care. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, provider portals, electronic medical records, and referral platforms. Filevine and Case Status software experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred . You will only be a fit if you exemplify ourCore Values:
