At least twenty-four (24) semester hours of science courses that include, (1) Six semester hours of chemistry. (2) Six semester hours of biology. (3) Twelve semester hours of chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology in any combination. At least 1 year of experience in CLIA high complexity lab
