Role:

Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Provide in-clinic and telehealth physical therapy services for diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Develop personalized care plans, measure patient outcomes using advanced software, and document evaluations and treatments. Deliver virtual care via digital platforms, including telehealth evaluations, assessments, and remote therapeutic monitoring. Collaborate with clinicians and support operations to optimize digital health services and meet patient needs. Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and the Digital Health team to enhance remote service delivery. Maintain reporting, data analysis, and participate in program development and marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and valid Florida state license (or in process). Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; digital health experience preferred. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and effective communication skills. Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.
