Full Job Description About Us:
We are a small, mission-driven mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. As we grow, we're looking for a dedicated Fee-for-Service Therapist who wants to make a difference while enjoying flexibility and autonomy. What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy (individual, couples, or family sessions) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Use EHR system for scheduling and notes Attend occasional virtual team meetings or supervision Support the mission and growth of our practice
Requirements:
Active New Jersey license (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) Active Pennsylvania license (a plus but not required) Availability for at least 2-3 weekday evenings or one weekend day & 1 evening Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Comfortable with Telehealth platforms Experience with EHR systems (preferred) Bilingual (a plus but not required)
Schedule:
Part-time (Up to 20 hours per week, minimum 10 hours per week) Flexible hours Must include 2-3 evenings OR one weekend day + one evening
