Job Description
Earn $60-$80 per completed clinical session, plus monthly productivity bonuses. Heart in Mind Psychotherapy is seeking a compassionate, engaged LMSW or LCSW to join our growing hybrid private practice in Melville, NY. We provide a consistent referral stream, clinical supervision, paid CEUs, paid professional trainings, and full administrative support so you can focus on providing exceptional client care—not marketing, billing, or scheduling. We are seeking clinicians who are looking to grow into a full-time career in private practice. What We Offer W-2 employee position $60-$80 per completed clinical session Monthly productivity bonuses Paid late cancellations and no-show appointments Consistent referral stream Hybrid work schedule Clinical supervision provided Paid CEUs Paid professional trainings Administrative support including scheduling, billing, insurance processing, and marketing Beautiful, modern office in Melville Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunity to build a part-time or full-time caseload Qualifications LMSW or LCSW licensed in New York Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week Availability for at least three weekday evenings (4:00 PM-8:00 PM) Ability to provide in-person services in our Melville office as part of a hybrid schedule Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical psychotherapy About the Role At Heart in Mind Psychotherapy, we believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported.
