Curant Health, the leader in patient-centric chronic disease management via specialty pharmacy is searching for a New Services Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician) to join its team in Smyrna, GA . Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, work from home after 90 days! This position is primarily responsible for managing the initial prescription fulfillment process from inception to delivery by compiling and maintaining patient data to document patient's prescription profile, conditions and treatment. Specifically, the New Services Coordinator will contact the new patients by phone to review the patient's medications, shipment dates, allergies, medical conditions, etc. and set expectations regarding Curant Health services. Responsibilities Provide a superior patient experience by providing pharmacy customer service to newly enrolled patients Make outgoing initial enrollment calls to newly enrolled patients daily Accurately document patient information into the pharmacy software and/or enrollment system (Medplan) Generate initial paperwork for Patient Care Coordinators to present to pharmacy department for fulfillment and shipping Document all pertinent information on patient communications Refer patients or patient's caregiver to other community resources as needed General administrative support as assigned by manager Provide backup support to team members as needed Qualifications Required to be registered as a Pharmacy Technician in Georgia Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Why Work for Us?
