Non-Skilled Home Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Home Care Coordinator to join our growing home care team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in non-skilled home care coordination, caregiver scheduling, and client services management. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules and client assignments Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all assigned cases Handle caregiver call-offs, replacements, and schedule adjustments Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers Monitor EVV compliance, attendance, and documentation Coordinate Start of Care and ongoing care updates Maintain accurate client and employee records Assist with caregiver onboarding and orientation Ensure compliance with Medicaid, agency policies, and state regulations Resolve client and caregiver concerns in a professional manner Requirements Minimum 2 years of Home Health or Home Care experience required HHAeXchange knowledge is required Experience with scheduling and staffing coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Medicaid and EVV processes preferred Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual is a plus Reliable transportation preferred Position Details Part-time position with the possibility to transition to full-time within a few months Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement
