Job Summary Branch Lane Psychotherapy in Florida is growing, and we're looking for a thoughtful, clinically skilled therapist to join our team as a W2. We're a small but steadily expanding practice rooted in depth-oriented, high-quality care and we'd love to add someone who values community. You'll have the option to work fully remotely or in person if you are local to our Jacksonville office. Who You Are Independently licensed in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or psychologist). Comfortable working a minimum of 15-20 clinical hours per week with flexible scheduling opportunities. Interested in joining insurance panels (you'll receive full support through our billing and credentialing team). Values having a supportive team behind you. A plus if you... Option to meet in person in our Jacksonville office (Nocatee, Mandarin, and more!) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing professional community.
