Private Endodontic Specialty Practice | Full Time We are a private, patient-centered endodontic specialty practice seeking a full-time Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a key administrative and patient-facing role that extends well beyond traditional receptionist duties. Our Front Office Coordinators play an essential role in supporting clinical flow, patient communication, and overall practice operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and being a reliable, engaged member of a busy front office team, while maintaining a calm, compassionate presence for patients who are often in pain.

Schedule:
Full time; generally 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on patient scheduling needs)

Pay Range:
$20 + per hour; commensurate with experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming, compassionate, and professional presence Answer phones promptly and communicate clearly and confidently with patients, referring offices, and team members Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling in a specialty practice setting, requiring sound judgment and attention to detail Accurately enter and maintain patient information in the practice management system Collect payments and assist patients with general financial questions related to treatment Support daily practice operations through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that extend beyond basic reception duties Maintain accuracy, organization, and professionalism across all written correspondence and documentation Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth, efficient daily workflows
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Dental or medical administrative/front office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and typing abilities Strong computer skills; experience with PBS Endo is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting demands in a fast-paced clinical environment High attention to detail and follow-through Warm, calm, and compassionate demeanor, especially when working with patients in pain Professional appearance and conduct at all times Comfortable assuming new responsibilities and adapting to evolving administrative and operational needs within a specialty practice This role involves a variety of administrative functions that extend beyond routine reception tasks
