03/04/2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Foster Care Coordinator to support foster families and ensure the safety, stability, and well-being of children placed in care. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between foster parents, children, internal teams, and community partners while ensuring compliance with state regulations and program standards. This is a community-based position that requires strong relationship-building skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while supporting families through every stage of the foster care process. Responsibilities Recruit, support, and maintain ongoing relationships with foster families Coordinate placement services and ongoing support for children in foster care Conduct regular home visits and monitor placements to ensure child safety and well-being Provide guidance, resources, and training support to foster parents Collaborate with internal teams, state agencies, and community partners Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and agency policies Participate in case reviews, meetings, and service planning as required Respond to foster family needs, concerns, and placement-related issues Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience as allowed by state guidelines) Experience working in child welfare, foster care, or family services preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a community-based environment Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to pass all required background checks Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Employees Competitive pay Paid vacation days that increase with tenure Separate sick leave that rolls over annually Up to 10 paid holidays• Medical, dental, and vision insurance plan options DailyPay - access earned wages without waiting for payday• Training, development, and continuing education opportunities All Employees 401(k) Free licensure supervision (when applicable) Pet insurance Employee Assistance Program Mileage reimbursement Cell phone stipend National discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment Benefit availability may vary by position, state, or county.
